It was a basic room that suited our purposes, which was just to sleep and then move on. The bed was comfortable, the room was clean and we did not hear noise from neighbors and the check-in went fine, which is what is most important. We did not eat breakfast because of other plans. The only negative was an AC fan that was loud. Just don't expect anything fancy - which was fine for our purposes.

Lady that checked me in was nice enough but room was not up to standard. Second floor room needs AC and this one was broke. (The lady did offer to get me a fan) Furniture was not cleaned very well. Had coffee packets set out but no coffee maker. Luckily it got cooler late at night so I just opened the window. Not the worst I have stayed in but definitely not worth the money.

This was the worst place I never stayed. The reception area was in disrepair and smelled bad. We were told that our Expedia reservation wasn’t any good, and they would not honor it. Never again will I try to stay at the Watama Inn.

No one was at the front desk for like 10 minutes, no sign saying be back shortly!! The women had us on the second floor without an elevator and we are seniors! No working ice machine, I would not recommend to anyone, people outside the front door smoking, not very appealing! I’m sure there were other people who were just as shocked as us! If ever back in this area, I would stay otherwise! We had no other choice to stay but were happy when we got out of there, seemed very sketchy! Just being honest! I wrote another review but needed to say more!!!!

Overcharged for the room by a full night. Also charged an additional $69 for switching dates for my stay which they said was a cancelation (it was a change, not a cancelation). Expedia was little help on this situation, also. People at the hotel were of little help on the overcharging, but were nice about it. I will be addressing the overcharging with the hotel itself and Expedia. Not happy. I will say that the hotel was clean.

There was no pool,or hot tub as advertised. The dining room for breakfast was permanently closed. There was no ice machine .The carpet in the room was musty.The bathroom smelled like wet dog.The bed and pillows felt wet.Even the toilet paper was damp.The bathroom shower head was spraying out the side.I stayed only 1 night we bought a tent and stayed in that at our friend's house the 2nd night. It was The worst hotel experience of my life.These are the top important things I could say more.Something is definitely wrong with this building it has a water leak issue or was flooded at sometime.I could not get a refund of course 🙄

Staff did not even go look at a computer but immediately shouted they were already full and no rooms were available. We had a written copy of our reservation that meant nothing to her. She blamed it on Expedia overbooking the motel and also said there would be 15 more people coming after us that would not have a room. Something fishy is going on with this manager. I would recommend no one do business with this motel.
