It was a perfect location with great views! Unfortunately upon arrival the carpets were dirty and the floor was sticky. There was no welcome booklet or little favors to get us started for the week as advertised. Our house was missing clean linen, so we had to call for new linen and the old linen remained in a garbage bag on our front steps the entire week. One of the bathrooms had mold on the shower curtain and some of the outlets were missing their covers. The pool deck had rust on it and some nails were poking out of the main deck. The hot tub was broken, but a maintenance worker came to fix it so we could use it on our third day. Overall we had a fun time, but the house needs a lot of little repairs and maintenance.

Very nice property
Lovely house with everything we needed. Cleanliness of property at check in was not perfect. Must like stairs in this property as there are a lot. Overall a relaxing tone, close to the beach and great pool and hot tub.
