Several maintenance issues
The size of the house and the rooms was very accomodating to our group however there were numerous issues with general maintenance of the property. A railing on a porch leading to the pool was rotten and almost collapsed when one of our party leaned on it, the roof leaked onto the floor of the upper level during a rain, the ice maker did not work, the sink in the master bath did not drain until we put draino in it. There were screens off the windows and lying on the porch as well as a torn screen in a door. This home is in need of some attention to improve the vacation experience.

Lots of little things wrong
There are a lot of little things that need to be fixed as we read in a review. Cabinet doors fell off. Pool lights didn’t work pool filter didn’t work most of the trip. Hot tub needed to be drained and refilled.
