House was nice. Pool table could use some tlc. The location is GREAT, we walked to the deli most days which was super convenient. Overall, a very comfortable house right on the ocean with convenient market nearby.

Excellent Home, exactly as pictured!

We rented this house for a family vacation and could not be happier. The house was spotless, exactly as pictured and well maintained. There were multiple trash cans which was ideal and 2 trash days during our stay. The pool and hot tub were fantastic. There were also plenty of places close for anything needed or last minute items. Also did I mention the VIEW!!

Great location but property was not clean.

The location and house were nice, however, there was miscommunication and we were told the property was ready before it was cleaned. The pool company came mid week and did not vacuum the pool or test. It was disconcerting to know that the house bathrooms and kitchen were not sanitized before we were given the code

The place is beautiful but cleanliness is a problem

The house is as listed. Big and beautiful, has everything you could ever want. The pool was warm and the hot tub was new. We enjoyed our week. (Now I’ll be a Karen) Problems…… Start from entering. Cleaning crew needs a update. (I get it, no one wants to work) The house was kinda clean, carpets vacuumed, bathrooms clean. The kitchen: big hand prints on the windows (3rd floor) Mold in the coffee maker (no one emptied the coffee or the coffee grounds out) Refrigerator had grease hand prints Bedrooms: No one emptied out previous person’s clothes from the dressers or old socks from under the beds. Living room: White dog hair and a tick ( we don’t have a dog p.s. it can’t be helped dog friendly) Hot tub: It’s high off the grounds, No steps ( we asked the pool people for steps/ safety steps) never showed up. A.c.: Broke on day 2 (amazing staff fixed it right away) The place is beautiful but unfortunately we won’t stay again, unless they have better cleaners. We paid the cleaning fee but ended up having to buy cleaning supplies and clean ourselves.

Beautiful house

Beautiful house. Great location. Great views. Easy beach access. Awesome hot tub and pool. We had a few issues with tvs and the kids wanted to watch in their room. They came and totally replaced the tv. Very responsive. Our coffee maker broke. They replaced it immediately. Small issues but they remedied immediately. Great experience and family vacation.

Wonderful trip!

The house was beautiful! From the moment we stepped in the house until we left, we enjoyed all the house and area had to offer! The location was perfect and we really enjoyed Watermen's Bar and Grill a short walk away for a snack/drink and the Hatteras Bowls for smoothies and delicious avocado toast. The beach is steps from the house and even on the coldest days we enjoyed our walks and the view. Thank you for a great stay!

OBX Family Vaca 2022

We rented the home for two weeks and invited both of our families to stay with us. The home is amazing! Everyone had their own bdrm. Sweet! All of our family needs were met and even exceeded some! Few life changing experiences were had. Lots of hot tub time. Saw several dolphins feeding! It was fantastic. Chilly Temps, but us Michigan and Denver peeps got a nice tan at 65° , who ever heard of that! Loved every minute!! Thank you so very much! Wendy & Sue + 15 family members

Beautiful Location - House needs an upgrade

The house wasn't clean when we arrived. Smelled like deep fried something. Greasy cabinets. Many small things broken (eg shelves in refrig broken, broken chairs, blinds, handles on clothes bureau). The management company was very responsive though, so we're very happy about that.

Buckeye waves hello.

We had a great time. The house was clean and ready for us when we arrived. There were plenty of kitchen supplies, pots pans, and coffee makers. The house has a great view of the ocean from the large rear deck. There are plenty of entertainment areas, separate for kids and adults. We will book again.
