“The property was good for what we needed. Property manager was very nice and communicated well with us. Since we were there for my son’s surgery and recovery, we spent a lot of time in the apartment and planned to cook most of our meals. Kitchen isn’t stocked very well for that so just be aware. A toaster, measuring cups, baking sheet for oven, etc would have been appreciated. We also had to buy and replace all the batteries in the tv remotes since none of them worked. Not major issues but……

“This Loft is beautifully decorated , very clean and comfortable and frankly, just perfect ! We love the very close walk to most everything and we loved the shopping and Restaurants in this lovely small town . Definitely check out the exquisite “ Prime 115 “ for dinner.”

“We went for Khmer New Years, this place was not far from the temple. Fit 2 families just fine. Kitchen was nicely loaded. Extra throw blankets are a nice touch. The only thing that was off was the pool/air hockey table was broken so you cant play it but the ping pong topper was there so we were able to enjoy that. Parking fit a crossover and a truck just fine. Hidden gem is correct!”

“Such a lovely, clean, and modern place to stay in Dallas. We came for a special event at Gilley’s and the location was equidistant to the airport (Dallas Love) and the venue. Everything was easy peasy, relaxing, and peaceful. Quick responses from the property manager.”

“The only bad thing was only one working elevator for the entire building and the condo is on the 9th floor. Also be aware there are homeless people all around the building that you’ll have to step around.”

“We had a fund weekend in Dallas. This location would be awesome for a couples weekend or girls/guys weekends. Very walkable to lots of restaurants and bars. Unit was nice, clean and had a very nice layout. We would definitely rent here again.”
