“Great location! We had 1st floor 1 bedroom with walkout to street. So convenient. Thought it would be loud being street level, but was never an issue. Would definitely book there again. ”

The host is very responsive and he is super sweet. Book his place! The scenery is there when u look out the window and it is very quiet at night. Everything works well in the house as well.”

“My experience and stay were amazing. The place was spotless clean. The entire stay and process was seamless. It had everything I needed, very comfortable and made my trip really incredible. The location was awesome and the building and amenities were as well. The only thing I can say as room for improvement is that the cookware - specifically the frying pans were so bad I was unable to cook on them and went to purchase my own so I could cook my meals. Easy fix 😄 Everything else was perfect!……

“We came to Charlotte to go to a soccer game at BOA Stadium. The apartment was perfect. It is located a short walk to the stadium. This place surpassed our expectations. We will definitely try to stay here if we come back to Charlotte.”

“Lake View Apartment on Lake Wylie is a wonderful rental. In the lead up to our trip from Oregon we had some adversity and reached our to James and he was extremely prompt and considerate in text and phone conversations. The location and amenities on the gated property were many. Firepit time next to the lake was spectacular. We paid extra for an awesome pontoon cruise and would schedule a cruise again. The apartment has what we needed to dine in and save but many options close by for eating out.……

“The property was just as described, beautiful. Everything we needed to spread out and explore the city. Lovely garage apartment, very private. We never saw the owners even though we were staying above the detached garage. The ceilings made the space feel giant- 12 foot ceilings. Thank you for having us.”

“This small condo was perfect for our short 2-night stay in Charlotte. Good location for concert venues we attended at Knight theater and Visulite Theater. Kitchen equipment was limited (no wine glasses, just 2 bowls, a few plates,etc) which didn’t bother us bc we ate out, but could be a problem for an extended stay. The video link to get in the parking lot, elevator and unit was a lifesaver - be sure to view it or entry could be an issue. Nice, clean condo fit our needs.”
