“Front counter staff were pleasant, but very low key. The rooms were very dreary and need a touch of color in them. The beds were not very comfortable. The outlet placements on the walls were very poor and not enough of them to plug in everything that we needed to plug in. The room we stayed in said comfortably sleeps 4, but not enough room for my 2 kids and myself. Some of the outlets in the room did not work. There was black and orange mold in parts of the shower. I did not like that there were……

“The property had a fire and was shut down by the fire marshal when we arrived. We received no notice about this, and the property charged my card a month prior and tried to argue that they didn't when I requested a refund.”
