「Clean rooms and helpful staff.」

「The room was very clean. There was very little conditioner left in the shower. I let staff know and he said he would let staff know. He appreciated me telling. Breakfast food and coffee were full and staff kept the tables and chairs clean and orderly. I would stay here again.」

Liked the full fridge. Couldn’t locate an ice machine on our floor - not clearly marked.」

「Megan at the front desk was very welcoming; she looked up my name and found out I had a rewards number, which I had completely forgotten I had, and she said that as members we could do an early check in; she looked for a room that was ready and gave me a card with the rewards number for me to have it for future uses.
