“Horrible service and they canceled my stay because the lady didn't know what she doing she needs to be fired her and the guy that works there”

“There were roaches in our room. Molded and leaking ceiling. Bathroom was gross. The pools was shut down the entire time. Staff said it would be fixed the first day and then wouldn't provided any up date. One staff member was polite and helpful. The others were not so nice or helpful. Even to the point of yelling at us after he asked us a question. Over all, 10/10 would never recommend! Will not stay there again.”

“Clean room”

“Our room did not have all the furniture in it, a suite should come with a couch, the threshhold for the different flooring was missing, no ammenities at all, no iron, no hair dryer, holes in the wall, NO COFFEE!!!, NO Breakfast, NO swimming pool.”

“Dirty room hair all over the place like someone had just cut their hair and left the stuff on the sink and floor and in the bed so obviously the made skipped over that room altogether ”
