“The grounds, reception area, and common area was all well attended by polite staff. The only issue I did have was that the air-conditioning unit was really loud(possibly due to consistently being left on) I believe tighting the frame every once in a while could fix that. It was also in the 100s while I was there so this issue is probably less pronounced any other time of year.”

“This whole experience was horrible my room was infested with roaches & other bugs then my room had no pillows, tv didn’t work, majority of the lights didn’t work, I had even gotten locked in my room for 3hrs because that’s how long it took me to reach the front desk to get them to come unlock it with their master key”

“Arrived with no room on reserved available, the receptionist were kind and helpful to find another room. Room had dead water bugs in it...due to late find and limited rooms I decided to stay in the room. I wont be back at this point.”
