“This is a beautiful little hotel and I was very comfortable and the staff were helpful and friendly. But this isn't a 4 star hotel. It's a very good 3 star. There just aren't the amenities you would have expect for a hotel in the 4 star range”

“I absolutely loved this hotel. It was clean, quiet, and very comfortable. I loved the decor. I have to give special shoutout to the staff members who made the experience very pleasant, which included Freddy, Joz, and Gustavo. They were very attentive and accommodating. I don’t feel the need to explore other options for hotels to stay at when I come to Quito again because I only want to stay here. That’s how much I loved it!”

“El personal del hotel super irrespetuoso con una actitud que me importista, realizamos reservaciones y después la señora nos dice que dio nuestras habitaciones a otra gente en la cual ya habíamos pagado y realizamos el viaje y la verdad puso trabas a todo hasta para darnos del dinero que pagamos las fotos se veían bonitas pero con ese trato no les recomiendo reservar previamente o confiar en que esté hotel les va a recibir sino ir y asegurarse en persona ya que ni les van a querer devolver el……

“A nice boutique hotel with great staffs. Location close to old town. Bed is comfortable and breakfast tasty. Two minor issues with my single room. First being no wardrobe. Second the bathing area is too open and water do spill out and wet the floor a bit.”
