Cosy studio apartment with private parking. Located near Kelburn and the CBD.

Very comfortable studio apartment located within walking distance to Kelburn Village or a short drive, uber or #25 bus to the CBD. Recently refurbished with a queen bed, sofa, fridge, Wi-Fi, Smart TV, and separate bathroom and toilet. Private off-street parking with electronic touchpad entry. A great hideaway for a weekend escape or visit to the capital. No cooking facilities or pets sorry.
