「Clean and great 」

「Room was clean but it was cold. The unit was blowing cold air even though i checked and made sure the control was on 'heat'. I called the desk and a gentleman said he'd come look at it, but never did! When i called back several times after that, the recording said that ext was busy. Ive stayed at several LaQuinta inns during my travels, never had a complaint. I am asking this one time for some type of adjustment due to me not having heat in my room. I had to go to sleep with my jacket on. ...

「I was bitten by bed bugs and had more than a dozen wounds. I have photos and videos. No apology at all. Their manager is really terrible. This is the first time I have encountered such a dirty hotel. On the third day, I found 8 bed bugs. I don't want to be bitten anymore. I will change to another hotel immediately.」
