"It was the perfect location for 4 friends to have a great mini-reunion. Lots of room! Loved the big front porch, patio, and deck. Unfortunately we couldn't enjoy the outside much, because of rain. Carmen, the host, was so nice and helpful, and easy to work with. We would stay there again!"

"This is a wonderful place to stay. A small herd of deer comes through almost every evening, and the cabin is right next to the Iowa River. It’s tucked away off the beaten path, so you can enjoy the peace and quiet without listening to traffic all night.The cabin has a very comfortable, homey feel, and you can really appreciate the craftsmanship and attention to detail that went into building it. I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend it."

"Very clean and beautiful townhouse! Excellent communication with the host, Sarah! Property met all our needs. Safe and nice area with lots of families around. Close to many places such as shopping, groceries, restaurants, walking trails and other activities. Quiet area yet feels a little secluded from traffic and businesses but they are all so close. Quiet townhouse and never heard neighbors. Great floor plan layout! Plenty of space and well stocked with everyday essentials. Air conditioning works great! Parking was ideal! Nice yard! Just a perfect property in a perfect location! Thank you Sarah!"

"It was a very nice place. We are larger people me being 6'4" 280 and my 16yr old being 6'2" and 290and still found the tiny cabins spacious enough for a weekend's get away just duck walking through the doors. 0 fish in the pond but close enough to other places to fish and amazing place if your planning on tubing near by. Gas station had some really great pizza and the 2 very polite lady's working there."
