“Small, quiet and cosy well-equipped cottage, immediately on the sea front with private deck area and pebbled beach, with main beach roped off and sloping down to sea. View of sea from inside cottage is more limited, but side windows do give a reasonable view. I was there on my own and although the cottage is equipped for 2, it would probably feel cramped for more than a couple of days if more than 1 person was staying there. There are pleasant places for coffee and to eat within walking……

“I did not get access to the property from the host. After messaging and calling multiple times and getting no response, I never received checkin information.”

“The property was as pictured. It was very clean and ready for our arrival. The grounds were beautiful with an amazing view of the Clyde. I couldn't have asked for anything more. My only regret was that we spent very little time at the property. I wish I could have used an evening to sit outside and enjoy a whiskey and a cigar but I will have to plan for that for the next visit.”

Lots of chic, personal touches to the decor, lovely lighting, clean, comfortable, convenient - everything we needed. A few steps from the local hotel for a great meal.”

“You are staying on a boat on land however it was modernised with flushing toilets and hot water and heating. Hosts Lynette and Angus were lovely and could not do enough for us, loved our welcome treats and nice touches throughout the boat. Perfect for a couple with medium size dog. Would give Hope to be back again. Thank you for the amazing stay ”
