"It was very clean and staff very good and polite unfortunately when we have stayed in the past the breakfast was far better ànd we looked forward to them. Now they seemed very basic and disappointing."

room for improvement
"It seems that the staff are not used to greet guests good morning and the like. Also ,the restaurant is under renovation until end March, so reduced breakfast has to be served inside room. The environment outside the hotel is good,though, with many restaurants nearby."

Towels
"Due to the high calibre of equipment at the lodge i was surprised to find no towels (didnt expect any for hot tub use), but i managed to get Nicks number and he kindly got his housekeeper to rectify. I dont recall seeing in small print that towels were not provided? But he acted quickly to help. ..."
