"We were offered an ocean view room, which we gladly accepted. It was beautiful. The room appeared to be freshly renovated. The room and the facility were very clean with professional staffing. There were certain areas of the hotel that were being upgraded but did not interfere with the comfort of the hotel. We requested additional items after hours, messaged the staff, and we were provided the requested items in a very timely manner. The restaurant and dive shop on site were on point. The only drawback was that we didn’t rent a car. The hotel is on the very western end of the island, away from other restaurants, stores and activities. Taxis are EXPENSIVE!! The bus runs close but not right to the hotel. Would recommend either renting a car or knowing someone who is willing to accommodate your traveling on the island."

"I want to say this was the best hotel I’ve stayed in all my travels from Cancun to El Salvador to Greece. This hotel was beyond my expectations! The staff were very friendly and helpful!! They welcomed us with this delicious drinks and cold towels. From the lobby to the halls and of course our room, everything was so beautiful decorated with that tropical vibe! Our room had a beautiful view of the ocean and we had a fresh fruit platter cookies and a bottle of champagne waiting on a table. Every day the housekeepers kept our rooms explicitly clean. My kids loved how close it was to the beach just a 10min walk or a 2min golf cart ride. At night the pools were beautifully lit and loved how they had a shallow pool for the young kids. One of my kid’s favorites was the little cafe they had with delicious pastries. You must books this hotel if you ever go the caymans I couldn’t find nothing to complain about everything was perfect we can’t wait to come back!"

"The room was clean. Everything was very spacious and available to make our stay very comfortable. It felt good. However, the chicken process was a little difficult because the guy is barely at the office. And the checkout process is also a little awkward because we have to leave the card under the door. And it was a hassle to get somebody to come clean the room for us. We had to walk to the office, hoping that the guy was there to ask for somebody to clean the room for us. Overall, the pictures are not lying, it really is beautiful."

"This hotel was seriously comfy and the location couldn't have been better. Seriously, finding a place with such great food and a prime spot is a win-win. It made exploring the area super easy. Plus, getting a good night's sleep was a breeze. Definitely a place I'd consider again for a city break."
