It is a newly refurbished and spacious town house set over 3 floors in a small complex with two pools, a beach, dive station, ladder to access the ocean and some of the best shore diving on the island! The House: The first floor is brightly decorated and open plan with a modern kitchen, eating area, lounge with large flat screen TV and a patio opening out onto one of 2 pools at Coconut Bay. This is perfect for chilling out or grilling dinner on the BBQ. The second floor has a modern family bathroom, washer and dryer, 2 large bedrooms, one with queen size bed and en-suite bathroom the other has 2 twin beds. On the second floor is a large loft with a queen size bed, day bed, study area overlooking the pool. An en-suite bathroom and huge walk in closet.
Outside: Coconut Bay is a small complex of townhomes and apartments with a tropical vibe 2 heated pools and a jacuzzi. The grounds are beautifully maintained and lead down to a man-made beach and the ocean. There is a dive operation (Stingray Water Sports) on site with a dive station that has tanks and weights available and gear can be rented at reasonable rates. Stingray Water Sports offers a 10% discount to Coconut Bay Residents.
Nearby: Coconut Bay is located just around the corner from the Turtle farm, it is an easy drive or taxi to the local stores (including grocery store) and is a 2 minute walk from the Cracked Conch Restaurant and Macabuca Bar & Grill where you can sit and eat and drink and watch the sunset. Only a 10 minute drive to Seven Mile Beach or Camana Bay!
Check in and Management: Our property manager lives on site and is there to welcome you when you arrive. He will be able to help you with local knowledge and booking excursions.
