「Our first room wasn’t cleaned when we came in and the AC wasn’t working, before getting transferred into another room I asked about a possible shorter stay and a refund for the second night and the worker who Id assume was the manager expressed that they would deny a refund, the second room wasn’t any better, dirty AC, moldy washroom, dust on the ceiling, etc. other than that, one of the other workers was polite and the restaurant was decent.」

「The hotel is overpriced for what it offers. The room was okay, relatively clean, but looked like it needed some upgrades and renovation. Loose electrical outlets, rough looking bathroom door, old shower head with poor pressure were disappointing. But the biggest disappointment was the bedding and towels. They were old, very low quality, stained. Those need to be replaced. The breakfast was okay, nothing special. Old oranges for fruits. The staff was nice.」

「Very rustic. Don’t expect much and you will be okay with this place. The bed and bathroom linens were quality. The floor was tile which I think is far better than a soiled carpet. The room was fairly clean. Check-in was unorthodox but worked out in the end. You get a microwave but are not allowed to cook in the room. There is a small fridge and a coffee maker. The electric heat unit is on the ceiling which protects it from damage I guess, but as heat is known to rise… Continental breakfast...

「I stayed two nights at this hotel and the hotel is nice but if you are a light sleeper, beware. The CN or CP rail honks its horn, near this hotel, and its very loud. It woke me up in the middle of the night. I wore earplugs when it passed by the next night and I slept better. It was my only issue with the hotel, overall. The rooms were private, clean, and modern.」
