Great location and wonderful Cape town

Great location, good outdoor space and showers. Comfy beds. Walk to the beach. Spacious for family. Big kitchen that worked out well for fixing family dinners!!

Best Location

The house was very spacious and the beach is a short ride or a bit of a walk approximately 3/4 mile. The house has a nice deck area, the yard is on a hill. The bedrooms are as described. We would definitely rent this property again.

Great week at the "Cape Escape"

Very nice property. The home is light, bright and clean. The kitchen is updated and well equipped for eating in. The bedrooms are spacious. Hardings Beach is an easy walk with sidewalk the entire way. The beach is lovely and the dune walk (originates in the second parking lot) is really nice.

Great Location

Located in a great location near Harding's Beach. Nice area to walk, close to town, easy access to everything. House was very clean and had everything we needed inside. Grill outside was great. Outdoor shower very nice.

Great place for a vaccation

A very nice clean and modern house within walking distance to the beach and close to Chatham town center. Central to the Cape and so easy to get to all attractions.

Great property and location!

The house was very nice and comfortable. The quick walk to the beach was awesome! Only recommendation would be to update some of the kitchen supplies (I.e new knives, wooden spoons, serving bowls) to make eating in more enjoyable. We would definitely consider renting the property again!
