"I had an amazing stay at Hotel Draken, but the true highlight was the spa. Having a spa like this inside the hotel is an absolute gem and one of the biggest reasons I'd stay here again. The women working in the spa were exceptional. They made me feel welcomed, cared for, and completely pampered. The spa itself is beautiful. I loved the calming water wall, the sauna, the variety of pools, and the refreshing cold room. I also highly recommend the leg massage if you've been doing a lot of walking around Gothenburg or other Scandinavian cities. It made a huge difference after long days of exploring. The breakfast was another standout. The selection was enormous, with a ridiculous number of options. Whether you wanted something light or a full meal, there was plenty to choose from, and it kept me fueled for a full day of sightseeing. The views from the top of the hotel are also stunning and offer a beautiful perspective of Gothenburg. My only issue was that after arriving late from a long day of walking, the shower in my room wasn't working. Thankfully, the room attendant fixed it while I grabbed something to eat, so it ended up being only a minor inconvenience. Overall, Hotel Draken exceeded my expectations. Between the incredible spa, wonderful staff, fantastic breakfast, and breathtaking views, I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again."

"From the moment I arrived, my stay at Jacy’z Hotel & Resort exceeded my expectations. The hotel has a unique atmosphere that combines modern luxury with a vibrant resort feel. The design is stunning, with beautiful interiors, stylish décor, and incredible views of Gothenburg that make every part of the property feel special. The room was exceptionally spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. The bed was incredibly cozy, and everything was thoughtfully designed to create a relaxing and luxurious experience. Housekeeping maintained the room perfectly throughout my stay. One of the highlights was the rooftop restaurants and bars, which offer amazing food, great drinks, and breathtaking views. The breakfast buffet was outstanding, with an impressive variety of fresh, high-quality options that catered to every taste. It was easily one of the best hotel breakfasts I’ve had. The spa, pool, and fitness facilities were excellent and added to the overall resort experience. Whether you’re looking to relax or stay active, the hotel has everything you need. The atmosphere throughout the property is lively yet elegant, making it perfect for both leisure and business travelers. Most importantly, the staff were exceptional. Every team member I interacted with was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely eager to help, making me feel valued throughout my stay. Jacy’z is truly one of the finest hotels in Gothenburg. "Our stay at the hotel was lovely.. A very quirky + unusually decorated place to stay right on the doorstep of Liseberg .. The one disappointing thing was the evening buffet . This was very poor to be polite .. Cold food + not a great selection for a hotel of this standard ..Upon complaint twice to staff they made no attempt to rectify my complaint .. Breakfast was delightful + there was a wonderful choice of food .. Summary : Fabulous hotel to stay in but don't pay for the awful evening buffet !!"
