"The property needs maintaince urgently"

"First I asked to get my room clean and left at 9:00am to have breakfast with my two grandchildren the housekeeper was two rooms before ours , we came back at 12 noon and room not ready , got the kids ready for the pool we came back to the room at 5:30 and open the door and room wasn’t clean housekeeping was across our room and I asked her why still not clean she said the man in your room said take just the trash I asked her what man she said your husband I replied My husband didn’t came with us his in Houston and she replied to my o is a men in your room I said no one else is with us she gets inside and she said I’m sorry wrong room , so I took my grandchildren to have an ice cream out side the hotel to give a change to the housekeeper to finally have our room ready at 7pm That night and night before on Friday at 12 midnight kids running thru the hall playing this happen again Saturday night so I decided to leave the hotel on Sunday the reservation was from Friday to Monday but instead on having fun it was all the opposite "

"Very basic hotel stay. Their "breakfast" was a diy waffle maker and some cereal with warm milk. The room was ok. Probably wont stay here again. "

"We booked two rooms. The second room’s AC wasn’t working. The room also smelled like smoke. Thank goodness we only stayed one night. "

"I picked the hotel because it said free extended parking. We got there to check in and were charged $10 a night. $50 for the 5 nights. It was too late to try to switch. Very disappointing. "
