"The electric went off in the morning we were checking out and we both have trouble getting down stair’s, didn’t know how to get in touch with desk for help going down the stairs. I took my bag to closest exit and asked another guest coming up stairs to help me and they were so gracious and helpful taking my bag down the three floors for me. I went to desk told the desk clerk my problem and asked if they could send someone to go to my husband’s room and help him get the bags down. They immediately sent some up to help. The electric was off two hours, a rain storm was the cause I supposed. A number to reach desk would have been helpful in the room. TY"

"Parking was very easy. Location was ok. Staff was a joke it was one man. He could’ve cared less if we checked in or not. Room and clean don’t even go together. Very dirty floors. Refrigerator was taped together, bed appeared to clean. AC was LOUD and everything in our room was wet from humidity. Lightening in the room was poor very dark. Probably to mask the dirt on the floor. Two tissues in the box no more to be found. Room by the pool on 4th floor kids screamed and jumped to all hours. Finally fell asleep out of exhaustion. Next morning went down for coffee and what was supposed to be breakfast which was yucky. Back to our room got our luggage and headed out to the port. Never in my mind would I have dreamed what we had to pay for these rooms. Oh well live and learn. Never stay there again not even if they paid me !!"

"I went to check in waiting for an hour an half they finally got me a room at 6pm then I go in the room was not ready so I took pic an video to show front desk she then give me another room that was not ready too pic an video of that she gets upset with me an cancel my reservations an told me she refunded me because I took pictures of the rooms that wasn’t done! I didn’t get my money back an nowhere to stay"

"We quickly asked for a refund and hightailed it out of there! Our room was muggy and musty upon entrance. Got the air turned on in hopes that would help. Went to the restroom where there was no toilet paper and no trash can. The shower and toilet were disgusting. Within 5 minutes of being there, I found bedbugs all over one of the beds and killed 3 roaches. When I picked up my bag to leave, 3 roaches ran out from under it. I told my husband that motel is what nightmares are made of; I’d never in my life experienced anything like this."

"The room was very nice, clean and spacious. Covered parking was definitely a plus. There was a sign outside that advertised a restaurant but there was no restaurant. It’s a bit of a drive to the sea wall and restaurants but not a dealbreaker. Very reasonable rates for parking for the cruise. I would use them again."

"No breakfast available and not friendly staff. Staff didn’t share about breakfast unavailability during my check-in and they charged us more and didn’t even provide breakfast: so many families got impacted during the stay. Not a recommended place to stay if you need breakfast, not worth of stay"
