「Overall, our experience was good. Worst part was that there were cockroaches in our room. Not just one or two, we ended up finding about 10 cockroaches in the room our first 24 hours there. We talked to Sharaine at the front desk and she was super helpful. She tried to help. When we were referred to the night manager (I never got his name) he was quite rude to my husband and I and even tried to blame us for bringing the cockroaches with us. 「The views were beautiful and walking distance to town. The room was clean but our room was unfinished. For example, windows with no curtains and a slider that only had a partial curtain and didn’t fully close. The neighbors got a show every night (and not by choice) Also our water was cut off -twice- but they quickly fixed it. The pool area was hit or miss with too many day-passers drowning the vibe. 「After check in was finished they told me I need to wait to get wrist band for entering the pool, whiche was given by somebody else, who was busy at that time. I had to come back to the office for that. It turned out they referred me to their concierge to give me wrist band so she could sell tours to me. I stayed in the resort for two nights and it was my final two night in the island. It was happening after my check in around 5:00pm and I had one more last day and I already had plans for that...
