「Reviewing this property is quite a dilemma! It makes a terrible first impression, but it improved over the four days we were there. 「This place was charming. The decor was beautiful. It was peaceful and quiet. Drinks and snacks were left in the room for us. There was a Red Rock Pass provided for us to get into some of the parking lots. There were robes in the closet and plenty of towels. The hosts were very friendly and welcoming! 「The neighborhood did not seem safe. We didn't go out to walk our dog due to concerns on the neighbors and the surrounding houses. The house itself was fine - smelled a bit musty, and the beds were not great. Had the basics of what we needed. TV and Wifi were in and out. We would not stay here again. 」

「The place was quiet, clean and exactly as described. The only issue we had was the shower leaked causing water to flow behind and around the toilet. We had to use towels to clean it up after each shower. Management was notified. It would have been nice to have a weeks worth of towels and washcloths available since we did rent it for the week, I ended up purchasing some washcloths to use during my stay. 」

"The toilet in our room is almost not working, the shower head is leaking, and the soundproofing is very poor. We were also assigned a room next to the laundry room, and the noise from the machines made it impossible for my family to sleep after a full day of driving. When I went to the front desk to ask if it would be possible to change rooms if one became available, the male staff member was very impatient and his attitude made us feel very uncomfortable during our stay."
