"Restaurant staff and food very good. Front desk very good. Housekeeping did a poor job, cleaned room once and did not provide hand towels or wash clothes. Common areas are good with the exception of the gym which was totally inadequate. Lobby, bar, pool areas very nice. Rooms need an upgrade a little worn. Bed was very nice"

"Previously to arriving, they tried to charge my credit card for an amount above and beyond, after it clearly stated I wouldn’t be charged until I arrived. When I called to inquire about it, the staff member was extremely rude. Once I arrived, everything was fine and the staff or nice."

"I understand youre renovating but the shredded tissue in the shower. Previous guests hair on the blow dryer. I hope these little details would be improved. "

"I loved my room and the amenities during my stay here, but I chose to rate the property 3 out of 5 stars because of my experience there as a person of color. I received a lot of negative interactions by both staff and guests, perceivably because of my skin tone. While other POC employees were very friendly, the intentional delays of service and derogatory comments (in both English and other languages they thought I wouldn’t understand) by white employees and fellow guests in the lobby and on the elevator would make me think think twice about choosing this venue if you are not white. Also, be wary of extra service charges added to the bill, whether you utilized room service or not. "

"The gym is on the side of the building and I wouldn’t feel safe in there Bc anyone could sneak in. So it doesn’t feel safe enough with an exterior entrance. Even tho key is required "
