「Classic hotel with a vintage feel. While it’s slightly old and the walls are thin, the exceptional service from the staff made up for it. Good location on the CBD fringe, close enough to walk to Queen Victoria Market.」

「床不好睡，衞生一般，小朋友不小心打破了一個小巧的陶瓷擺設，交房時告知了前台，職员說要赔偿，但金额要经内部查實，一星期內會以電郵回覆。但最后本人没有收到電郵告知，酒店單方面擅自在deposit中扣除了金额，感觉很不良好」

However, I found that the kitchen utensils were a bit limited, especially the cooking pots, which made meal preparation a little difficult. Also, the mattress was quite soft and made it hard to get a comfortable night’s sleep. > >I hope the hotel can consider these points for future improvements, but overall it was a pleasant experience.」
