「Very dirty and on my first night in the property the guest in the room next to my room were noisy all night.」

「Had a great stay in the heart of Birmingham. Key collection was easy - from a local shop and car parking was secure on site. The apartment was modern and clean and the beds were comfortable. Plenty of places to visit and restaurants all in walking distance. 」

The distances from New Street Station were farther just because of the triangle to get the key then go back another .6 mile to the apartment.The apartment had zero instructions on connecting to the internet or other amenities, again had to connect with the host to get details.The cleanliness was not great.
