「Was in town for an unfortunate situation due to a family member needing an emergency surgery and was a little worried about booking a property with no reviews, but after speaking with the owner, I was put at ease and let me tell you this property is not only in a great location, but also such a beautiful property and the house even provided breakfast, pastries, and snacks as well as drinks so definitely already looking into booking another trip out to Pittsburgh just to stay here! 」

「The apartment itself is lovely. There is one reason I would not stay here is there is a horrible gut wrenching smell in hallway and the entire apartment. At first we thought someone was cooking with very intense spices until we got inside apartment and it smelled the same with same intensity. This smell did not go away for the two days we were there. 「Great place close to downtown, in a nice quiet hilly neighborhood across the river. 15 steps or so to front door and a flight up to bed and bath, so you need to be able to manage them. Beds were comfy and everything clean and shiny!! Enjoyed our stay! 」

「Beautiful place. Everything you need plus, for a wonderful get a way. We came for a wedding at Zinzer venue, close 10 minutes away. Everything close you need, but place is on a quiet deadend street. Couple are wonderful host. Thank you guys.」

「Inside of property is clean and extremely nice decor. Only real issue is the steep narrow staircases to both 2nd and 3rd floor.Outside is deceiving as it does not have curb appeal, but great location for Carson St bars. Parking was difficult due to lots of construction in the area. Overall, we had blast and would rent again!」

「This was a perfect place to stay for our weekend trip! My cousin and I celebrated our birthdays by thrifting around Pittsburgh and seeing sights. It was a happy surprise that we were so close to Grandview Park and the incline. While we drinking coffee on the porch, we even had some deer pass by!」
