Good Accommodations in a Great Neighborhood
The house was tidy and spacious for 2 adult friends. Nicely updated with good amenities: soaps, tidepods, great towels, lots of Smart TVs. Bikes to enjoy a ride around the beautiful neighborhood or a trip to ‘the Island’ and the beach were such a treat. My only thought to improve the property would be to make the backyard area more appealing and remove some of the bulky furniture in the place. I also wondered about the maintenance of one of the ACs. I would stay here again. Owner was kind enough to extend my original stay.

Great place with easy walk to downtown
Great stay at the property. Andrew is very helpful and responsive. Obviously knows the area well. The house was comfortable, clean, and has an amazing location. Backyard is perfect to sit out in with an umbrella and enjoy a drink.

Nice place to vacation.
The house is small but very nice. Beds, furnishings, appliances, bath, interior, etc are all hi quality. Plenty of supplies. Quiet neighborhood.
