Sleeping up to 32 guests, this estate is perfect for family reunions, weddings, birthdays, corporate retreats, sports teams, and group getaways. With 4 acres and far‑away neighbors, there’s plenty of room to gather indoors and outdoors.

Important Guest Information
Extra Guests: $25 per person, per night after the 16th guest.

Innkeeper Agreement: All guests are required to sign prior to check‑in.

Events: Allowed only with prior written authorization.

Any gathering of more than 5 people not on the reservation is automatically considered an event.

Event Fees
$500 for up to 30 guests (max 20 cars)

$30 for each additional guest, up to 150 (max 40 cars)

$275 Trash Fee if garbage is left outside the 7 provided cans

Optional Services
Pool heating: $45/day

Pet fee: $150 per pet

Early check‑in / late checkout (if available): $50/hour
