They need to work on improving their key cards because it keeps resetting so you have to visit the front desk to get it working again other than that the stay was comfortable and cozy.

No complaints! Host was very quick to answer any questions; home was very cozy complete with Christmas decor! Added touches included lots of extra pillows and blankets for getting cozy on the couch.
