"The people at the front desk on the afternoon shift were great, the bathrooms need work. But over all great experience."

"When we traveled the wind gusts were intense so the power at the hotel went out for nearly 24 hours. It made getting ready the following day very challenging. The pool was also closed for the length of our stay which was very frustrating for our kids. I wish I would have known that prior to booking this hotel. Despite the power outage, the staff was very kind to our family offering lanterns, playing cards and coffee from a local coffee shop in the morning. "

"Booked for a quick weekend away. Overall hotel looked lovely but room was below average. There was mold in the bathroom as well as repair work needed in our room. Wrote in issues via Expedia chat but never heard back from hotel. "

"Was given a room that was not even cleanec no sheets on bed. Given a 2nd room. Key would not work. Found out both rooms were still occupied Staff was horrible. No apology and they acted like it was our faul We were not the only ones this happened to and other guest were treated in the same manner NEVER STAY HERE OR ANY HOLIDAY INN"

"When i walked into the lobby it had a nice smell. Check-in was quick and easy. The Check-in clerk was friendly and gave me directions to my room and told me the times for the complimentary breakfast. It is only a 2-3 minute walk to Anchor Bar. Check out was also quick and easy. The check out clerk was also friendly."
