“The Springs is a wonderful place! The renovations are so well done. We've stayed 3 times in 3 different rooms all were excellent but the honeymoon suite is my favorite. The beds are comfortable and the rooms are clean. The retro vibe of the place is downright adorable. With firepits, grills and a multitude of outdoor activities it was like staying at a mini resort. The staff is wonderful. The Springs is tucked away from the hustle and bustle of the area so it's quiet and safe but you will need……

“The fact that they require a vaccine card should be mentioned in their Hotels.com profile. Luckily for me I had it in my car. I don't mind if some hotel owners want to require it, but it should be pretty clearly stated. The owner told me that I didn't need to use the air conditioner, that I should open the windows. How about I decide that? The room was musty-smelling, and everything was very dated and just didn't feel very clean. There are better options in Great Barrington. This is a place to……

“This location is so convenient to the Berkshire Museum and downtown Pittsfield! There are plenty of great restaurants a short distance away. The price is right and we used the savings to eat at local spots for breakfast, too. They have done some nice updates, so it doesn't feel like the motels that I went to when I was a kid with my parents. ”

“Booked a king bed but when I got there they told me no cable in that room. They gave me a room with a double bed that were on top of being small were very uncomfortable plus so much dust in air conditioner my allergies were affected plus it stunk couldn’t stay had to repack and go drive around and find a clean hotel plus staff never used a mask or gloves when I went back next day because I forgot my meds in drawer He told me he already cleaned room and there was nothing in the room I walked past……

“The woman at check-in was kind. We had a lovely view. Place was in a great location with a comfortable bed.”

“It was a nice little motel and a comfy bed! the only complaint I had was the heating. It was a relatively chilly night and was pretty cold in the room. I tried to follow the instructions to turn the heating dial up but it didn't seem to make a difference. If they could provide extra blankets in the closet for nights like these, that would be appreciated!”
