“In a last ditch effort to stay within walking distance of both the space needle and the cruise ship dock, despite some trepidation, we booked the Hostel Fish. Yes we were twice the age of the staff and other occupants. But the staff was nice and helpful. Not the corral group sleeping one would envision, but cozy immaculate rooms with plenty of clean family restrooms with showers. Loved seeing an antique building being used and appreciated. The only thing that would have improved the hotel……

“There was no breakfast offered. Room was clean. Staff was pleasant. Did not see cleaning staff carts in the hall. Very different from recent stays. Fantastic location.”

“My recent stay at The State Hotel in downtown Seattle was exceptional. The proximity of the hotel to the market was so cool, plus tons of Seattle highlights within walking distance. The hotel interior has so much charm, the Ben Paris Cafe was tasty and convenient, and the staff was friendly and very accommodating. I would be elated to stay here again!!”
