「The hotel staff were not helpful.We had trouble finding our room, and the lady at the counter acted like we should know our way aeound the hotel. The beds only had one sheet. The elevator took forever and the stairway was locked. No one seemed like they cared about the guests. The staff acted like they were bothered by questions and requests.」
