“Overall, our stay went well- house was clean, comfortable and the kitchen was stocked with helpful cooking utensils. Since we were only there two nights, it was not realistic for us to wash the towels as instructed by the hosts. We did strip the beds and left the sheets on the floor. Also, for the price of stay, we would have expected the towels easily accessible in each of the bathrooms or in the bedrooms. We had to look for more down the basement in the laundry room. ”

“Ideal location and well stocked apartment. The host was so responsive and welcoming. When we arrived the first evening the apartment had a strong smoke smell and we alerted the host who offered to have someone come by the next day to freshen. We declined and tried to air it out by opening windows and lighting a candle but our clothes/bags smelled like smoke when we got home and everything went into the laundry immediately.
