「The room is clean but outdated. The slamming of doors a bit annoying. But the staff of level team work efficiently and whole -heartedly for arranging private transfer for my visit though my plan changes later.
The hotel just within 5 min walk to Plaza de Espana is perfect.」

「Fantastic hotel with excellent staff and a superb location. Staff were very friendly and professional. Rooms are excellent and every area spotlessly clean. Food was very good. We couldn’t fault this hotel in any way. 」
