「Really nice hotel in beautiful surroundings. We stayed for two nights in the top-floor apartment and were very pleased with the comfort, the spacious balcony, and the wonderful views. Although the breakfast area was crowded and the pool somewhat dated, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The wide sandy beaches and the naturally formed long sandy pier stretching into the ocean were absolutely amazing and made the experience unforgettable.」

「No designed parking area in front of the chalet, one night someone parked in front of our chalet and we had to park further away and walk back under the snow. Some windows and balcony doors do not come with curtains or blinds (or have a big gap), quite insecure about that. The staff are funny and helpful. Overall is good. Laundry machine - 10 EUR for 2 hours. 」

「Staff is very helpful and nice. They are very willing to help. The hotel is clean. I accidentally made a wrong booking which was found just before arrival. The hotel staff was very friendly to provide assistance. I can stay in the hotel successfully with their rearrangement.
It is not far away from the train station. Moreover it is close to the river side which is near to the Arctic Museum. This is a good place to see the northern light.
I truely recommend this hotel.」
