「No designed parking area in front of the chalet, one night someone parked in front of our chalet and we had to park further away and walk back under the snow. Some windows and balcony doors do not come with curtains or blinds (or have a big gap), quite insecure about that. The staff are funny and helpful. Overall is good. Laundry machine - 10 EUR for 2 hours. 」

「Staff is very helpful and nice. They are very willing to help. The hotel is clean. I accidentally made a wrong booking which was found just before arrival. The hotel staff was very friendly to provide assistance. I can stay in the hotel successfully with their rearrangement. It is not far away from the train station. Moreover it is close to the river side which is near to the Arctic Museum. This is a good place to see the northern light. I truely recommend this hotel.」

It was better than in the pictures and had two separate rooms as well as two bathrooms, which made our stay way more comfortable. The breakfast buffet was delicious and offered many options to choose from. I would totally recommend.」
