“Over all the place was clean and the room was nice. Main complaint is the rooms are paper thin. You can hear every conversation that is happening on that floor.”

“This was wonderfully clean from top to bottom. The staff was very helpful, and we felt like family. The breakfast was nice, hot, and again, the cleanliness was impressive. Overall, we were very happy with our stay.”

“Hotel was adequate, musty smell in room upon arrival. Biggest disappointment was pool was freezing and totally unusable for our grandkids, which is one of the biggest reasons we were staying at hotel.”

“Upon arrival, we noticed ants all over the sink, floor, and shower. Later that night we noticed the sheets appeared to have specs of dirt, bugs, or something on them. The hotel was completely booked as well as all others in the area and we were hours away from home, so we had no choice but to stay. Maintenance did spray and wipe down the bathroom and changed the sheets. We were told we would get a call from management the next day, but never did. The next day we found additional small beetle……

“Not enough pool side seating. Hot tub out of order. Water on pool cloudy. Chilly on pool area. Bar closed due to ill bartender. I would think a manager could fill in. Ran out of towels at pool. ”

“I was under the idea that the room would a temple view, but we has someone's back yard with all of their trash etc. It was very disappointing!”

Reached out to staff and corporate during our stay and was given some lies about reimbursement and being contacted “within 24 hours.” Worst experience at a Holiday Inn”

“As with most hotels, when they see you booked with a third party, they stick you in the furtherest room away from the front desk, highest floor, end of the hall. The suite was less space than what the internet indicated, although there were no pictures of the seating area anywhere on the net. The separate tv room had 2 older style chairs that were less than comfortable. I asked if I could pay for an upgrade to a room with at least a couch, they said since we booked on Expedia, they could not……

“Room was clean, bed hurt my back though. Breakfast was nothing special, but good enough. Kids played in the pool, but no chance of adults having a conversation in the pool area, it echoes way too much. Overall, not a bad stay, but not 5 stars worthy either.”
