"The pool was under maintenance so we couldn't swim. There was only one guy working and most of the time we couldn't find him or had to wait at the desk forever. He was friendly. Breakfast was good."

Auburn Place Hotel & Suites - Paducah

"They were going through a renovation and name change. I didn't know this when booking and was highly confusing trying to find them. The pool was closed which was very disappointing. The breakfast area was in the middle of the remodel area and seating was limited. I'm sure it will be amazing once done but not what we anticipated when we booked, we were not informed."

"Came down for a basketball tournament. Dirty rooms, broken toilet and told to just deal with it. Daughter found bed bugs in her bed and was told to just deal with it most everyone has them here. Wouldn't give us refund or any help with switching rooms. Bathroom walls had cracks in them. Very poorly maintained property and the staff was rude and disrespectful towards myself and my children. Charged 25 dollars for early check and and said it had to be cash only couldn't be added to bill. Breakfast didn't have much to offer. Pool was nice and warm area only positive about this location."
