「The stay was great overall. Our host was very attentive and helpful. Window broken upon arrival. Repair could not be arranged before our arrival. Some external lights not working/broken, following heavy storm. Parking also very tight for larger vehicles. Thanks 」

「Lovely location and good chalet. Just needs a bit of focus -dishwasher doesn’t work as jets completely chalked up. No towels or bedding in one of the bedrooms on arrival, although did fiz this quickly the next day after it was reported. Excruciating when the whole evening when you’re sat in the living area, the floor above scrape chairs across the floor making your ceiling shudder. Perhaps a bit of felt under the chairs legs?」

「Our family greatly enjoyed our stay at this clean, centrally located apartment in Zermatt. It was a quick 10 minute walk to grocery store, the train station and other attractions. The apartment included linens, soap/shampoo, and all the basic kitchen items one needs to cook. We greatly appreciated the welcome guide and loved sitting on the spacious patios. We would highly recommend this apartment and would stay here again! 」

「 Very well appointed unit the Host LINDA is super nice amd heñpdul. Only negative is thatvthe uit is far from the ski lift (bout 10 mins walkimg) and it is also in a remote area of Zermatt. In the Spring, it IS NOT a ski in ski out unit.」

「We liked the location being outside of the fancier, pricier options. Host communicated great and was flexible on check in and out times. Decent amount of amenities. 」
