"The staff here were AMAZING! The valet, front desk, and restaurant staff were 10/10. The rooms are older (elevators no A/C) but are clean enough. The restaurant breakfast was a bit disappointing; would get breakfast elsewhere. Overall, a good stay; nothing bells and whistles, but fine."

"We absolutely loved our stay at Cypress Lodge! It was such a unique and memorable experience for our family and so much more than just a hotel stay. The kids loved the interactive scavenger hunt that encouraged them to explore, learn about the history of the Pyramid, and engage with the property in such a fun way. When the kids complete the bingo scavenger hunt they get a prize at the end! The museums and exhibits throughout made the entire stay feel like an adventure. We enjoyed stopping by the bar for a drink before spending time playing board games with our littles, which ended up being one of our favorite memories from the trip. The complimentary snacks in our room were a thoughtful touch, and we appreciated the complimentary wristbands to ride the elevator. Make sure to stop and enjoy the views! The rooms themselves are an experience all on their own, and the bathrooms felt incredibly luxurious. Everything was spotless, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed, and the staff was friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. We could rave about our stay all day and are genuinely sad we only stayed one night. Cypress Lodge will absolutely be our go-to hotel whenever we’re traveling south. We haven’t stopped talking about the experience since we left!"

"This is a resort level hotel, convenient to the airport and Graceland. the staff is exceptional. The amenities are also great, pb&j sandwich topped off the night. The decor is fun and stylish. The rooms are big, stand up shower was excellent, pool was great, free water in lobby. Coffee machine in room is not good. Would love coffee as an amenity. All food is for purchase and reasonable. Coffee shop in lobby is pretty good. Dogs are very welcome here and we saw many. Queen beds make a difference - better than full any day, and were comfortable. Two chairs in the room and a desk. This would be a fun location for a small meeting."

"The property is old. The room had a funny smell. There was only one towel in the room. Had to request more. The remote didn't work. Requested batteries and we did receive them. Remote and tv still were not working properly. They have window units in the rooms and it was loud. The girl in the kitchen was by herself serving over 150 guest and she was sweet. It was her second day and she was amazing. If your looking to not spend a lot I recommend. But if you are looking for better accommodation and more modern, I do not. "

"Staff was great. Breakfast was delicious. Mostly clean room. Previous guest left their room key on the dresser and these were not removed by the cleaner. Would have been more comfortable in queen beds but the room was spacious and had a nice sitting area with couch"
