"I’d like to start with the positives, good location, bed was clean, hot water, but unfortunately, instant odour on entry of room, the bathroom/kitchen areas were not cleaned prior to our arrival, visible long black hair on floors, toothpaste spit on tap and mirror, hot plate area not cleaned, food and fat splashes visible, Fan in main bedroom rubbing badly on light fitting and could not be used, extra fridge closed and turned off and smelt bad, mirror in bathroom extremely loose as unused soap dispenser attached, tap leaking and running onto floor, toilet seat peeling badly needing replacement, dampness under sink in kitchen and cockroaches roaming everywhere, No washing up detergent, tea towel or shower mat. Otherwise reception staff were very pleasant."

"It is an old house - needs updating. It is cozy. Bathrooms are very small. BBQ grill needs new grates and burners. The amenities listed a clothes dryer however there isn’t one. The host was excellent. We had lost the keys and she got another one to us asap. The beds are very comfortable. Excellent location to the Train to go to downtown Sydney. And close to a grocery store. All in all we would book it again. "

"Very close to the shops and the cronulla stadium right next door, we stayed in a 1 bedroom apartment and it was spacious and beautiful "

"The room is an average room. There are no openning windows so it's it mouldy smelling and suffocating, I woke up with a severe headache every day and developed nose infection, so It is not properly clean"

"We had a great time staying here whilst we were competing at a local surf boat carnival. The place was well equipped for a family and plenty of space so we were able to work remotely. Such a lovely outlook from the main bedroom looking out into the bay and the beds were comfortable. I ended up leaving some of the blinds up so I could enjoy the night view of the bay with the lights and sunrise. I could not work out how to turn on main stream tv channels and could not find any instructions for this but that's most likely a user error. Would definitely stay here again if we were competing at another carnival. "
