"Check in was professional and informative. Room amenities very good and exceptionally clean. Restaurant staff very attenuative and a very good menu selection. Breakfast was a blast. Superb service, tasty food and fantastic staff member. very funny and really made a great start to my morning. Having paid for all of the amenities offered within the room rate the one reason why I specifically return to a hotel is the people, they are the difference that makes the difference. how they engage with you and how they treat you is not paid for, it is how they are as a person.
