“This property was exactly what we were looking for. We enjoyed our stay immensely. It fit our family of 4 very nicely. The view from the cabin was beautiful. If you have a boat, there is a dock you can tie up to. I will say the stairs to the dock are very steep and may be challenging for older guests, but they did not bother us. The owner was responsive and easy to work with.”

“It was a perfect setting for a much needed getaway and rest. Very well equipped with everything needed to enjoy ourselves. Husband asked if we could stay a couple of extra days-after checking it was already booked. I told him that we would be back. Had a great time fishing off the dock and just hanging around. And added surprise was the gentleman that played the bagpipes every evening a little after 5pm.....Amazing Grace. I being slightly physically handicapped the stairs were a little……

“My husband & I went to this cozy cabin for our 52nd wedding anniversary. We stayed for 4 nights of complete quiet during the day & night with only hearing birds chirping. We never left the cabin except to go to dinner 2 nights at Olde Liberty Station. We did get to use the fire pit one night prior to rain. We sat on the porch everyday even with it raining to watch the Bluebirds, Meadowlarks, Thrashes, Cardinals & even a little bunny. We had planned on riding the ridge but it was so pleasant &……

“The Enclave far surpassed our expectations! The houses were gorgeous, well-maintained, and had absolutely everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable, the kitchen had everything to cook huge meals for a huge family. The property was extremely clean. Views were amazing. We loved the fire pits, modern grills, and large game room downstairs. We enjoyed swimming in the lake off of the floating dock. The 3 houses were perfect for our families to spread out. Communications with the owners……

“The Lodge is the epitome of a log cabin stay in the mountains. The house was gorgeous and spacious for everyone in our party. The outdoor firepit was our favorite place to spend in the evenings and the porch overlooking the lake was where we spent our mornings. The steps down to the dock were our only complaint as we did not realize how steep they would be for our 72 year old family member. Otherwise, it was the perfect place for all of us!”

“We were in town for our daughter's graduation from Liberty University so unfortunately we weren't able to spend as much time there as we would have liked. It was a great cabin with a great view! We enjoyed our coffee on the deck. Our kids said how comfortable their beds were. The daybed extra room (which we didn't use) is a separate entrance from the house. The bathrooms were very nice and new, as well as the kitchen. It was a winding road to get there from Lynchburg. We ate at Napoli on the……

“This was a last minute booking. One snafu with Vacasa with them not being able to verify my ID via DL but with a quick phone call that was corrected. The home itself is nice and has plenty of space and amenities. The decibel reader is a little off-putting but I understand with VA laws being the way they are. Overall, it was a nice stay.”
