“We booked our 2 bedroom, 2 bath suite months in advance. When we checked in we were told no suites were open for stays. Instead we were put in a standard hotel room. It was decent, though a little outdated. But it was not what we paid for. After a little back and forth, the manager offered us a second room "comped ". Which we actually didn't need since half our party couldn't make the trip at the last minute. However, we had already paid in full for the price of the suite, so we then requested……

“The room was very large and clean. The TV didnt work (supposedly the whole place was having problems with provider) also toliet didnt flush properly. ”

“The room's need to be updated (renovated). Tv in the room only had 4 channels. Beds are ok but the rest need serious update ”

“Once again, it said free breakfast and no breakfast was available. The building and And room smelled musty. Lights didn't work. Run down.”

“We thought we where going to have a suite with a patio and barbecue pit what we got was a small room with 2 double beds they changed our room to a room with 2 queen beds we had no microwave or refrigerator in the morning our coffee pot was broke so went down to lobby and there was know coffee and they had the fridge locked for continental breakfast ask desk clerk why she told us they where having hot breakfast in the fusion restaurant that’s why everything was locked s o we went to dinning room……
