「We booked our 2 bedroom, 2 bath suite months in advance. When we checked in we were told no suites were open for stays. Instead we were put in a standard hotel room. It was decent, though a little outdated. But it was not what we paid for. After a little back and forth, the manager offered us a second room "comped ".
