“The property has the potential to be a very nice older house. Outside is in disrepair. Pool is terrible, bbq have mold and mildew, inside was ok except for the kitchen where countertops, oven and small appliances were dirty. Trash was left in both the trash and recycle which stunk. There was exposed wires in the ceiling at the dining room light which probably isn’t safe and not to code. I was allowed to check in early which I did by 1/2 hour at 3:30 with checkin being later than any hotel……

“House is very spacious and bright. It has a large kitchen and sunroom which are beautiful. Beds were very comfortable and everything is super clean. It’s a great place for a family to stay. I would definitely stay here again!”

“We had an amazing time and what a view! We loved drinking our morning coffee on the deck while watching the waves crash on the rocks, and the deer walking through the property! We even actually saw whales in the cove. We were surprised that we had no Internet reception there, but it was kind of nice to be cut off from the world for a day. It was so relaxing!”

“Everything was perfect...my host was so kind, helpful and friendly. The property is so beautiful and peaceful. The home had everything I needed and was so beautifully decorated, really well done esthetically. The bathhouse was just as well done as the home. I was traveling up the coast to Trinidad, and this was a perfect stop over, however I wish I would have planned to stay longer. I will definitely be back and look forward to a longer stay. “The Beach House was everything we’d hoped for, and much more. Beautifully remodeled, stunning ocean views (close enough to hear the surf and the seals), well equipped in every way imaginable, comfortable beds, books and games, spacious. We can’t say enough good about this place. It has 3 bedrooms plus a hide-a-bed, so it could sleep 8. Because of car troubles, we missed our first 24 hours there, and Keith kindly offered to let us stay an extra day on the latter end of our time. Keith was great……

“Overall the home was in good condition. A few items were missing or didn’t work in the kitchen. ( can opener, cork screw, etc) WiFi and television were excellent. Communication needs work. ( I had to contact host prior to check in and there was no check out instructions) The location has beautiful areas to visit locally, however nearby parks are difficult to drive to due to bumpy mountain roads. ”
