「Wonderful! We couldn’t have wished for such a warm and restful stay! A beautiful house, managed by an amazing family! The views of the hills in the distance and the staghorn plants that surround as you take a dip in the pool are incredibly peaceful. The breakfast was amazing, the neighbors and the shop up the road were so kind. We walked to grocrey stores and restaurants every evening! We will be back every time we visit Trinidad. 」

「This property is poorly maintained and unfortunately, I don’t think I would be back unless major renovations take place. The food was well done, and we do appreciate the complementary anniversary dinner, however, the preparation time is way too long. Furniture in the room needs to be deep cleaned. While I appreciate the upgrade of our room, the bottom of the bed frame looked as though there was mildew all over and I had to put a sheet to block the site of it. 「The room was comfortable. Hot water took some time to come on. Breakfast was excellent!!! A special shoutout to Michelle (supervisor) for accommodating our requests and helping us through the check-in process. Downside: hotel maintenance is needed.」

「Overall the stay was good, however my room did not have a window. The room was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. The staff is also very nice.」

「I stayed at Palms for almost 1 month, so my experience would reflect that. Professional accommodating staff. 24 hour staff/ security Clean environment . Access to swimming pool. Central position. Close to malls. Access to food. A little expensive but acceptable in economic climate. Please, please bring back breakfast bar Lovely view of Northern range from my room. Kettle and cups in rooms would be good.」
